In WP Admin, when you search for themes you can filter through them to find something to sit your needs(For example, one sidebar, full width, etc., etc..). This would be an easy theme to find a similar one to. Here is something like it but you would need to change the navbar and a few other things:http://wordpress.org/themes/sugar-and-spice
