looking for a wordpress social bookmarking plugin

I am looking for a wordpress plugin, similar to what is shown here on
http://www.pokeefe.com/ in every post. It allows you to submit the site to digg, delicious, blink, reddit and more all with the click of a button.

Does anyone know where I can find it or what it is called?

if I am not wrong Feedburner has a feature called FeedFlare that can add the "digg this" stuff both to your feed and to your site

i use sociable on my blog.

it's a big of a pain to bookmark posts though, unless they're really good.
they should come up with an autocomplete feature for this which tags the keywords for you too.

 

So you're saying in order for the social bookmarking to work EACH post you have to register with each of the services... YAWN. That's awful.
