whmcs allow license transfer only once for licenses directly bought from whmcs and transfer fees is $20

 

But then again, why do you want to get a transferred license? When you can get a license directly for much lesser? You sated you wanted a few months of updates, you can get that easily under $200, you can save even half that money if you buy it directly

owned license could be used after updates are expired.
