Looking for a well-established SEO firm with realistic rates

I am a Web Developer/Systems Manager at a large corporation and although I handle all thier sites' SEO work they have a side project that they would like to hire an outside firm to handle, so I told them I could find them the best firms at the best prices from the forums I lurk on all day when I am supposed to be working.

So if you have a well-established SEO firm with a fancy web site and solid list of past clients I can throw some work your way, just remember that I promised them more reasonable prices than the firms they have already been talking to - (also sorry but I can not give this to any one-man operations and nothing overseas).

The job will mainly consist of helping redirect a handful of established sites and then build the organic SEO for the newly moved url sites.

    Thanks guys.

He he... what do you consider 'reasonable' rates? That should seperate the wheat from the chafe...

"helping redirect a handful of established sites and then build the organic SEO for the newly moved url sites." -- So a bunch of sites are being moved and need to have the htaccess set up to the new locations?

Basically my company is buying 3 or 4 sites, mostly small eStore sites, and want to move the sites to new urls for trademark reasons. But yes whoever gets the gig will need to help set up the 301, but then also help those sites build up their SEO on the new urls - I am guessing these sites have had little SEO in the first place.

As a side-note Gypsy I just ordered your SEO Handbook ebook to send a friend that has been hounding me for SEO advice, I figured for $10 it saves me the time of having to put tips together for him to gets started on. So, thanks you may have saved me from losing one of my annoying friends!
