Looking for a website that offers custom website design at affordable prices

    Hi,

    Im looking to create a site, but I need someone to make it for me. I want to know if anyone knows of a reputable company that creates custom sites at affordable prices.

    Also, if the site works out for me, I have other friends that are also looking to create sites. So it would be even better if the company had an affiliate program as well.
