I'm looking specifically for a php script that allows me to put onto my website, that will unlock all major smartphones (Samsung, htc, blackberry, etc). I'm willing to pay up to 350 usd. Also I have to have the source as I will be writing a custom system for all of this. (Must not use zend extension, etc).
