Do you have any traffic stats for the pages which the adverts would be placed on? Those two sites you listed aren't opening from here.
Does the offer of advertising continue after the 6 months? Seems like there would not be much traffic while you get things setup and running during the 6 months. Do you have any of these blogs currently running somewhere or are they all brand blogs?
Your odds of cramming 60 wordpress blogs on a shared hosting account are probably not too good. Your CPU usage will likely be high, amongst other things. As well, 500GB of bandwidth on a shared hosting account isn't so easy to come by either. VPS would be a perfect solution for you.
Both websites aren't loading for me either. It would seem that if your blogs were getting good traffic paying for 6 months web hosting wouldn't be a problem anyway. Jack
