Looking for a Web Designer to freelance with

Long story short I'm awful at doing any design work (HTML,CSS, Photoshop, so forth) and it's hindering my ability to land some decent freelance jobs.

Normally people outsource the design work to some firm, but I would prefer to get to know someone so we can work on multiple projects from several different sites (ELance, GetACoder, etc).

I would be doing PHP work, you would be doing design.. keep in mind this is just a partnership and on a per-project basis. Depending on the project we'll decide the split (If it's heavily design oriented with little PHP you would be taking the larger cut and so forth).
