Hi I am looking for someone to design and develop a classified ads portal website. I am not looking at any specific product to advertise but a general classifieds portal for an everything listing, like this website: http://singapore.gumtree.sg/ I want my website to have the same blueprint of this website. Not much luck so far in looking for the right web designer for this job cause most web designers can't deliver what I asked and it seems like a completely unknown concept to them.
