Buying Looking for a web designer - long time - 6-8h / day

    Hello,

    I am opening a web design and development company and i am searching for people that i can grow with and that are reliable .

    I am offering a fixed salary of $350 + bonuses / month , as i just started the company and still studying the market can't offer more for the moment , in time if all work as planned it will be gradually increased .

    Requirements:
    - Experience with HTML , CSS , Photoshop
    - Average English
    - To be available in certain time hours that we will set before we agree .

    All C.V.s and Portofolio must be sent as private message .

    I have Several Questions like how many projects in a day we have to work on? And the salary is on weekly basis or monthly?
