Looking for a web designer for a very simple quick website page

    OK i own http://electronicservice.co.uk and i want to change the design to a web 2.0 site, pretty much similar to the layout of bestqualitywatches.com, without the background and the banner.

    My site will be about consumer electronics

    as this is a very basic design and i have the script, build a niche store, i don't have a big budget for this.

    So budget would be $20

    there is very little coding to be done to the site, and very little designing
