Looking to lower my cost on some of my smaller sites, which means offshore developers are more than welcome. This could equate in up to 300 sites over the next 15 months, but that will depend on your time frame and quality. Here is how I work: I deliver to you some text, and the nav links for the home page. You will create two to three distinctly different templates for the home page. You can use the text as needed around the page and highlight whatever you like so you will need to be business minded to promote what I want. I will give you some ideas of what I am looking for, but I have gotten into a bit of a rut and need to change up some of the designs. Once the home page is tweaked to where I want it you will create a template basically for the internal pages and we will start cranking out pages together. You should have some PHP knowledge, if you have a lot of PHP knowledge I have work for you in that realm as well. I am looking for exceptional graphics, not a graphical design, just the graphics and images that are on the page are of top quality. You must also use free stock or stock images that YOU have a license to use. I have been burnt TWICE now by offshore providers using copyrighted images. I am open to US providers as well, but realize you would be working for the bulk as I am looking to slightly lower my cost so that I can increase my production. Average site will be around 20-30 pages, but again I will be writing the content, you just have to build a template essentially and plug it in so that it works aesthetically.
