Looking for a way to manage affiliates

I have a promotion that I would like to recruit affiliates for, but before I veen think about recruiting I need a (system|software|online service) to handle signups and payouts. Any suggestions?

I see the typo. "before I even think about recruiting"
tried to fix it, but the "edit post" function sees the google link and disallows the edit. while the original post let it by ...go figure.
