sounds great, but its 40$ a month.. looking for 15$-30$/month. my main interest is the RAM and that it must have somekind of control panel. not interested to much on the bandwith, since i use just about 30gb a year. and the space, i dont use more than 5gb.

Simple control panel at Godaddy is not too great. I have completed server migration for some customers, switching from simple cp to other like cPanel and DirectAdmin. Also, pay attention to guaranteed RAM, instead of burstable
