    I am looking to purchase a established video hosting site. Doesn't have to be too established, as long as it has fair amount of traffic.

    My budget is set at $200 max.

    LOL, talked to this stupid guy on YM. ASked him for a 50% upfront payment, he said no, because he said i can run, LOL, when can a seller run from Paypal? A buyer can always file a chargeback, all of you know that, and he still insist that buyers cant do that, lol, I asked him why he know that thing, he told me that i seem to be expert in scamming, but he is the one who knows all in refunding payments, LOL. Very stupid guy.

    In Itrader it shows 1 unpaid

    Which human being in their right mind would give 50% upfront and not know ANYTHING about the guy and expect to get their money back from PAYPAL with no evidence?
