Buying Looking for a Very Smart Programmer

    I'm doing this complex project which might use either Visual Basic, C #, C ++ or Java. However, it will be making an executable program, not something on the client side. In addition, it will be heavily graphic oriented so some graphic knowledge is a plus.

    Executable is client side unless you have one program that just receives data from server running another program on the server doing all executions.
