Looking for a very good designer (to make a WP theme design with Photoshop)

I need a Wordpress theme for a site where I offer other Wordpress themes. Thus the Theme must be really stunning but also professional and business-like. That means it should look very simple and straight, black text on white background, but have all the nice details, like shadow effects, image borders, bulletpoint images, etc.

I want you to make two .psd files, one for the front page and one for a single post. Here are the requirements:

• the front page should include some sample posts, one with only text, one with an image and one with a list
• the side bar should only have a list of all posts, no search field, no archive, no blogroll, etc. It should be broad enough to hold the post titles and five small stars aside.
• the single post page should include a sample post with an image, some text, a list, some comments and a "Leave a comment" box and should also have the side bar in it
• I will also need a nice "download" button and a "demo" button
• I don't need an area that says something about the author, category, date or any other meta information

Thanks to everybody who sent me a PM! As the price for a really good individual design seems to be quite high I decided to use a ready-made theme.
