    I am interested in someone to code a PSD I will have shortly. The PSD will look very similar to THIS forum design, he has lost this version so he is recreating something for me.

    Anyway I am looking for someone to code it for me. I have had to offers in the low XX already to code it but they are not free for a few weeks

    I am looking to make this a faster transaction

    This will be a PAYPAL only transaction

    I will need the following
    -Header; Footer; ForumHome; Postbit; Style CSS.
