hi, Im looking for a UK design studio to take on my new project. The site will be a premium video site (mainstream) and so must seamlessly support membership protected content as well as free content. This project will include: Full PSD Design (I've already seen some sites that I'd be happy to clone) Full backend CMS which will need to support adding videos, descriptions etc. Videos will be flash and will need: - Custom Flash Player - Some way of "masking" the location of the .flv's NOTE: Server Side video converting will NOT be needed Some basic community features - Member profiles (2 types) - Video comments Support for 2 membership types: Free and Paypal monthly recurring - At first, all memberships will be free and upgrading will become necessary after the site has been live for a few months. The script needs to support this This site will NOT be a youtube type site! Videos will be in HD. No user upload will exist on this site! This project will only be offered to a UK studio. They must be free to meet within the UK (don't necessarily have to be office based but we will need to meet throughout the project) Budget is fixed but is comfortable for this project. Fixed rate will be agreed upfront after myself and the studio are comfortable with ALL the neccessary work, and this will need to be written and signed. IMPORTANT If you are not willing to sign a contract for the agreed work and price before hand, then do not offer to work on this. This site will be huge, and will 100% guaranteed be needing expansion (adding features etc.) after running for a few months, so myself and the other investors are keen to use a UK only studio who can further services.
