Looking for a tutor

Hi, I'm looking for someone who can teach me techinical stuff like creating site, teach me on msn for 1-2 hour, tell me the basic and fundamentals of these technical stuff.Teach me like you are teaching a newbie and your teachings will be of help to me in future.I do know some html but don't know how to create a site, I don't know programming.If you can teach me, let me know.Tell me how much you gonna charge.
