Looking for a Trusted Paypal Exchanger

Can anybody recommend a trusted exchanger here?

    I would want to transfer <My Paypal> to <Your Paypal> to <My Xoom>

I am doing this because I am using my uncles' paypal account because we don't have paypal in my country. And my folks over u.s. barely touches a computer in a month!

I've tried transferring it myself but xoom is calling me, perhaps they're getting suspicious why the sender and receiver originates from the same country that I don't know.

Paypal to Paypal does not cost anything (or maybe less) so I will be shouldering the fees from <Your Paypal> to <My Xoom>

Also, only those with good iTraders are welcome. I've heard a lot of scammers in here and I don't want to deal with it. This will be a regular basis so I hope somebody can help me.

    Thanks

Well from Paypal to paypal it will cost fees as paypal takes fees of people that receive, don't know what Xoom is but could soon sign up dos that take fees?

I take it you have the funds in the paypal that you wont to sent , its not going to be a cc from your paypal to mine is it?
What you wont to tranfer is in US $ ?
How much was you looking at tranfering and what would i get out of it?

PayPal to PayPal does incur fees, unless you have a FREE PayPal account.

xoom trascation available for same country. I think you are chosing pickup or dilevery via courier. Try Bank deposit. I have done this several times.

apshawk: It is by bank deposit and xoom will verify the identify of the sender if in that case originates from the same country.

I do receive payments from my other clients and they told me they never receive any calls from xoom. So perhaps that best way is to transfer my amount in paypal and another person then that person will transfer to my xoom.

skull: i am receiving paypal payments but i can't see there are deductions. I only see deductions if they paid me using their debit/credit cards. but if i transfer to your paypal, i think there are no deductions, if there is then let me know.

im planning to shoulder the deductions imposed by xoom, which can be easily compute using the xoom calculator. I am interested as to how much are you going to charge me just to transfer FROM YOUR PAYPAL to MY XOOM account.

And also, I pm'ed you using your msn and you told me to hold 2secs

Hey Philvault, I catch your drift,Paypal to paypal transfers will incur charges if its a Premier account, only personal account is free..
And XOOM charges around 4% for paypal funded transactions starting from 300 USD,much lower that amount you will be charged around 12%.
So better take that into consideration when asking for a fee from any would be exchanger.
