Buying Looking for a Top web designer

    Hi,
    I'm looking for a professional web designer I want a design with very pro look. I already have a sample which needs to be some bit like that not the full clone but some bit like that. And if you can do the conversion as well into joomla or wordpress that would be great plus point.

    Pm me with the following details.

    1) Portfolio
    2) Estimate time and price
    3) How many revisions

    I'm looking for someone who has a good portfolio so please no newbies.
