Looking for a tool to montior website errors and problems

Im not sure if this is the right area for my question. Im looking for a tool which will track and monitor errors or problems on the site. I get a lot of calls regarding people who have ran into an error on my site, many times when I check I can't replicate the problem but it happens so much that I think it must be something our sitde and we might be losing business. Is there some software that will monitor for my websites downtime, errors customers run into and server problems?

 

if it is a webserver error, you should look at apache error log file.

2) gmetrix : to check your website speed.
3) Woorank : to know the seo leg behind points
4) Google Analytics : To check the loopholes in the landing pages and which keywords should be use to raise up your business.
