That's true Adam_UK you have to decide what are the all requirements of yours it will make it easy to give you a good advice. According to my senses u want a handy website then you have to use one of the CMS because if want it custom or text editor files it will be very slow to make your web grow. If you want best solution then use Wordpress it will be helpfull and you can add many products as you like and easy payment method.
