Looking for a template or someone to help me finish a site

my site is ForexJoker-com, The template doesn't allow me to add
sub-categories (blue-bar) to each main-category..
I want each main-category to have it's own sub-category..
but this template doesn't allow it.. any one can help (I can pay)
or help me with an other template that will allow it?
