Looking for a Talented Illustrator

    I am looking for Talented Illustrator. I need a job done. I want to get my fathers picture illustrated, so that it can be printed. Of course i need the picture, full vector. The picture should have an artistic touch and all. Please give me your rates and further means of communication.
    I will be providing many pictures of my fathers. And it should look like a comic masoct or something. I will print it and frame it. Quality Needed.

    This Illustration would be printed and framed.
