Looking For a Specific Website Template? (Help)

    After look around for a few weeks I came across a page design that I wanted to use for a site of mine at http://www.bestcollegesonline.com/. Specifically the homepages side bar design and long product list. Aswell as the blog and contact pages.

    Does anyone know where to find a similar template? Or does anyone know an estimate of what a design like this will cost from scratch?
