Looking for a specific type of image gallery?

    I am looking for either a gallery script or wordpress script (dont care how much it costs) that users can submit photo's and the admin approves them.

    The plan is to make a local fishing photo wall with people who can submit/suggest photos of their big catches. Anybody know of a script like that? I saw one with a thumbs up and down and ratings but I dont know where.

    I dont need flash or anything crazy, I just need images in rows and columns and a way for users to submit them.
