Well, when a busainess grow and gets customers they might need their website in another language so they can get customers from countries that don't know much english. Well if you try to translate a website in google or babelfish or any free website translator you would confuse any spanish reader because those translators do not translate your content into the same meaning in spanish. What i mean is: a website will not translate a page correctly.
