Buying Looking for a skillful designer who will design our Header for 20$

As the title says , we need a designer who will be able to design the Header for our website for 20$ (payment via paypal).

So let me give you some information about the project before we start this contest.

Just to give you an idea of what's the site about in order to get more into it. It's a "social" poll question /surveys website where we set some questions based on certain categories like : athletics, political , gossip ,auto/moto and our members are casting their votes , leave comments etc..

So the images that you are going to use should be fitting with the above.

The layout that we have is minimal so we need something that will "fit" properly to the rest of the template (if needed it will open the site for a while online just in order to take a look at it and lock it again once you see it).

I believe that a "glowy / gradient" background style should fit but after all you are more experienced in that and you can come up with something good.

We don't need that much , just a nice looking layout with our moto written and a couple of images or if you would like to alter the images with a voting box or something that would fit into the site's idea and layout would be great.

Our main moto text is Αυτό(#222222) Νομίζω(#cc0000) and the second small one is Η γνώμη σου μετράει(#cc0000)
a translation of the above just to help you out a little bit more is : That's what i think (main moto) and Your opinion matters (second moto)

Our main colors (at least those that we are using atm on the text banner are : #cc0000 , #222222 with a #f2f2f2 background color.

Well that's all for now (i believe they are enough in order to get you into the idea of what we need).
