Looking for a site review

    The site I would like reviewed is http://www.rentif.com.

    I developed this site for a local city to post rental properties on. There is no content under the search sections, but I am just looking for some quick first impressions (colors, layout, etc.). Any suggestions?

    Your welcome message may take long or short. If long then it will lool like start page or decrease, then, feature will come to middle of page and visitor will get actual informaion.

    a header with pic of a house and a nice lawn would attract more than just a plain text. But otherwise a nice design . Hope you´ll get it running.
