Looking for a simple programme codes

    Hi, all. I am looking for a simple programme code to insert into my wordpress page or post.

    It is just a simple “Lookup” functionality whereby a potential customer would enter his Suburb and get a price for the transfer. It would look something like this:

    Please enter your Departure Suburb
    <box A>

    TO Destination
    <box B>

    Quote
    <box C>

    Customers would have a Pull Down Menu in box A, click on their Suburb of origin, then click on the Box B (Destination box - which contain only either City or Airport). When they complete the process, the Lookup function will retrieve the price for the transfer and display it in the box C (Quote box).

    I will willing to offer US$30 for this simple code. The code is for my client and it must be workable and fix nicely in the wordpress.

    Payment will be made via paypal after confirmed that it is workable in my client blog.

    Thanks, all. I have received quite a few PMs and I will select one of them. In the meantime, please do not start creating the codes yet as I am currently awaiting for my client payment 1st.
    I will confirm with one of you once my client has make the payment to me.
