    Hello DP,

    I'm looking for a program that can organize and save data. I can provide information through PM.

    I'm not quite sure which programming language is need.

    Ideally I'm looking for it to run on MAC or Windows.

    It can also be web based if possible!

    Looking forward to it

    You have to be a bit more specific. There's probably already a program that can do what you want or a program that you can train to do what you want.

    What exactly do you want the program to do?

    Visual Basic, C#, C++.
    They all can do the job easily.

    You need a database. The language used to interact with the database will most likely be SQL. The programming language is your choice - all languages can handle databases. Sorry if that's not much information, but you didn't give us much to go on.

    One purpose of a forum is that many people can learn from one answer, so unless there's something proprietary in the information you'd have to give us, you should post it in public.

    Yes, try Google your problem. There might be some free software around there to do the job for you.
