Buying Looking for a simple banners designer ( Photoshop)

    Hi there, I'm looking for a long-term freelancer that knows his way around Photoshop.
    I'll supply many small design tasks and he will complete them.
    Example- I have a PSD banner template and thumbs, he will cut the thumbs and add round edges and put them inside the templates.
    Update me with your experience,
