Looking for a Shoutcast TV server

    Hi all, I am looking for a server that is .NSV ready, (shoutcast TV )
    want to play some tv shows on it kinda thing,
    I am looking for:
    bitrate approx 150-200kbps
    about 10 slots,
    bandwidth approx 30-gb
    and disk space approx 1-2gb
    budget im not sure of yet, cheaper the better :) i guess 5-10 dollars

    if this is possible please let me know!
