Looking for a Server Admin with Good Skills in Web Development

    I have been looking all over the internet for places to hire a web developer with very good skills in server admin but haven't really found anywhere at all. Most places seem to be full of under 18 year olds trying to make a quick buck.

    I am looking for a professional Web Developer (PHP, MySQL, ASP) with superb Server Admin knowledge to help manage an increasingly large website, which is extremely bandwidth heavy.

    Do you know where I can find someone like this to work on my site? Any good freelance sites or forums? Or anyone on here who would be able to help me out?

    I am a system administrator who is also quite good with web development.

    I have set up networks of servers, and managed servers that got over 200k hits/hour.

    I also have plenty of programming experiance.
