Looking for a Serious Web Development Company (Designing, Programming)

I dont need people that OUTSOURCE.

I have dealt with many people that tell me they have a great company and then i found out that they were outsourcing the work for cheap.

I need people whom i can ask questions directly and you answer me directly at that time, dont tell me i need to ask blah department and get back to you, cause those are just people outsourcing the work.

You must have knowledge in designing and programming.

I am looking for a company. As i dont want to get different people for designing and then different people for coding, etc, i want 1 person or a company to handle my projects.

For example, Such as i might need new templates for a script i am using, you need to understand how the script works and integrate the new design into the script successfully.
