    Like for Keyword research: We have AdWords keywords tool

    Now I want a tool for SERP & Backlinks checker... also suggest other tools as well...

    You can try some of the tools from this Free Webmaster Tools collection as it includes Position Checker as well as Backlink Checker tool too.

    i am using a service call linkclaw it tells you if the backlinks that you have built are still active.
