we are a new site (<4 months), so google change rankings a lot. we did get to page three number 1 at one point, so please do your research before posting stuff like this...
Ok quick looks at the site: Your On Page SEO needs to be fixed, not even the basics covered there. So work on that on your own if you don't get to hire any pro. Regarding the off page optimization factors: lot's of links here buddy, over 5k just for the homepage, so I'll get back at you in a minute about that.
Ok just took a peek at your links. there's over 500 of them with your anchor text kw in them and I only looked at 30% of your links. It seems either your competition is killing it in terms of backlinks or your links come from low end SEO value pages. To looks more into it we'd have to discuss busines seriously, not just post a possible seo job on a thread of a forum knowned by the highest concentration of scammers. And with this I don't mean you are one, it's just standart mesures we need to take to protect ourselfs.
Such project needs serious budget Tell me url/age/targeted keyphrases in pm and if you understand it takes time and 100% guarantees don't exist. Regards
