    Hi,

    I am not seo expert but, for 6 months my site rank on first position for one keyword.
    But now my website appear on the second page of Google.
    Looking for an experienced SEO to assist with my site.
    Is a easy job. If you speak portuguese is better.

    you need to keep adding new content and update your site regularly. anslo keep building backlinks. if your site ranks high and you don;t update your site or add links, then you will find falling behind.

    did you make any major changes on your site recently? sometimes making major changes can temporarily impact on the ranking. but if you keep doing what you did to be number one mefore, you should come back up. no one stays on number 1 posiion for ever.

    I do not feel that portugese language should be an hindrance while doing seo. SEO is language independant. If you have a list of keywords, then any seo expert ( irrespective of whether he knows portugese) can optimize your website

    Have you optimized you page well?, Update contents, Get more quality backlinks. How many keywords are you using, Is it too competitive?, There are various reasons for getting dropped in SERPs.

    You can try following SEO techniques :-

    1) Update blog with fresh and relevant content
    2) add a blog directory where you can exchange links with other related websites/blogs
    3) You can submit your website to various blogging directories.
    4) You can publish your articles on different websites ( make sure you have link at the bottom pointing to your own website, otherwise it could deliver duplicate content penalty to your own website.)
    5) Post comments on other related BLOGS, with an intention of helping online users.

    I am sure these techniques will help your blog to score top rankings. :)
