Looking for a script that can do categorise youtube videos

I've seen a lot of youtube type scripts but can't find exactly what I need.

I'm looking to have a genre of youtube videos split into around 10 related categories. When someone clicks on one, I'd like a thumbnail list of say 20 of that particular category to show.

If anyone can point me to something that is even close to what I describe, that would be great.
