I'm looking for a programmer who can build me a basic survey script where people can register, login and create surveys. Each user can have multiple surveys and each survey can have multiple answers. Surveys can be both open ended and close ended. In a close ended survey, only the user who creates the survey can put in the answers from which answerers have to choose from. In an open ended survey, answerers can add their own answer as well. Surveys should be made embeddable using iframe or javascript. Using any charts api to display results is a plus, although not required for the time being. I'm not sure which framework to choose from Ruby on Rails and Django. So your bid should also say why I should choose one framework over other. I'd have made it myself but I already have tons of projects I'm busy with. Send me a PM for any other queries. Thanks
