I have this forum http://www.oldelmtree.com i want to move it to genuine and reliable and fast VPS with no downtime.

This site is very active and the database size is over 250 mb...
I need a VPS which comes with 10gb or more space and 100gb+ bandwidth.

I am not sure what should be the ideal cpu speed and ram memory for the forum to run smoothly. Could you guys suggest me something good within $50-60 a month. Is 1.96 ghz and 1344 mb good enough for fast site performance?

Please suggest me guys i really need something good within that mentioned budget.

ohh and while at it if any of you can tell me how to import a 250mb database that would be just swell...

well actually my prime concerns are the uptime of the vps and the ram requirement for the mybb forum...
Could any one tell me how much ram would be enough for smooth running of the forum...

You are already running with a fully managed hosting company, there uptime is that low that you want to move out?

Trying to understand your core issue of changing hosting providers.

Yes but it costs monthly $160 we cant afford that anymore... Initially we thought of reselling but we didnt do that so there is no point in paying that much... plus we dont even need that much resources provided by the vps... so now we want to pay for exactly what we need...
