    Hello,

    I'm looking for a joomla developer who is able
    to create a scrolling menu like this:

    Notice when you mouse over the scrolling links the font gets bigger...

    I have found a similar menu in joomla but I'm having trouble
    displaying in the right places and making it look like the one above..
