http://www.cd-fulfillment.com looks really efficient and established, any comments ? Need dark foil/plastic wrap over a clear CD jewel case. Somewhat decorative if possible instead of just the regular clear plastic wrap on a CD.
Have you checked out Kunaki? I have not used them myself, but they have been on my resource list for a couple years. I have been trying to get a product together, and they have an excellent reputation as well as affordable prices.

Kunaki is probably the biggest on the market. I get many requests for delivery automation with Kunaki. Especially with 1Shoppingcart
