All, I am looking for a quick code fix to add a notification section like this http://postimage.org/image/kj24as3o/ This notification messaged will be called from a server to display the message as above, lets say from www.abc.com/notify.php I am providing a Chrome Extension and want to have the code to included in the Extension (in css or js file to have it displayed in user's browser). Quick solution and willing to pay $10-$15 depending on quality of work. And importantly you cant sell or distribute this codes to anyone. Thanks.
