Looking to start a Pay To Click site and I am looking for recommendations on PTC scripts!

I can show you my own script, is very secure and original, only few sites use it. I can rework it for you with PayPal integration but PayPal doesn't accept using PP on PTC or something like that, you will be banned immediatelly.
