I'm a designer looking for a professional PSD to xHTML/CSS coder.
Below is the first design I need to code. There will be a long term partnership.
The budget per design is $10-15.
This job will be available only for people who have a minimum 10 iTraders from coding jobs.

Though i do not have 10+ iTraders i can code the current design for $15 but for designs having more elements, it has to be more. In case at some time in future you would be able to increase your budget to $25+ per PSD to xHTML/CSS template please keep me in mind
