Looking for a PSD to WordPress coder must be an expert, I need LOTS of customizations

As the title says, I'm looking for a PSD to WordPress coder. I need someone who has advanced coding skills. I already have the design, you will have to code it and customize the site heavily. I am not intending to make this site look like a blog; it's going to be a membership site. I already bought a membership plug-in but it still needs more customization too.
