Buying Looking for a programmer

    Hi,

    I need a site that will rate foods that are for a specific group of people.

    People would sign up and submit food ideas and people would rate their healthiness.

    I already have a designer but I need someone to do the backend.

    I will send all the details if you PM me telling me you can do the job.

    PM me your hourly rate.

    You must be able to communicate via skype or msn or gtalk, some sort of live chat. (a mic isnt required).
